My personal battle with debilitating health anxiety began in 2010 after the birth of my first child. Despite my extensive background in psychology, I felt lost and overwhelmed. Determined to regain control, I relentlessly sought to understand my health anxiety, eventually uncovering the keys to recovery. Now, my mission is to guide others along the path to healing.
